Small Group: $150/Month/Unlimited Training Membership

PILATES:

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps build flexibility, lengthens muscles as well as creates a very strong core. Pilates is also very effective for pain relief because it is a balanced resistance workout. Pilates exercises focus on strive to build, stabilize, strengthen and lengthen all muscle groups (on all planes of movement.
