Personal Training is the milestone of Your World Fitness.  Our personal trainers are educated, experienced and passionate about helping you achieve your personal fitness goals.  Our trainers will customize a fitness-training program designed for you to achieve your personal goals.

Babysitting

Babysitting ONLY $1 per child, per visit
Monday & Wednesday 8am – 12pm Evening Hours 4pm – 8pm
Tuesday & Thursday 8am – 12pm NO EVENING BABYSITTING
Friday 8am – 12pm.
Saturday 8am – 11am
